Due to the volume of requests, we require at least six weeks in advance to ensure you receive your message on time. Please note that requests for congratulatory messages are for residents of the Greater Hamilton Area only. Residents of other cities should contact their local City Hall for similar services.

This information is being collected under the authority of Section 226 of the Municipal Act, and will be used to contact you in regards to your feedback, to keep you informed from time to time on activities in the City of Hamilton, and for no other purpose.
