The easiest way to meet with the Mayor is to attend one of the Mayor's monthly visits to Municipal Service Centres.

All other requests to meet with the Mayor must be made using the form below.

Please bring any additional material, (maps, reports, blueprints, business plans, etc.) that would help the Mayor better understand your issue.

Mayor Fred is currently scheduling eight to ten weeks in advance. Please allow up to 10 business days for a response. To help serve you in a more timely manner, your meeting may be scheduled with a member of the Mayor's staff.

This information is being collected under the authority of Section 226 of the Municipal Act, and will be used to contact you in regards to your feedback, to keep you informed from time to time on activities in the City of Hamilton, and for no other purpose.
